Team UK fit for peak performance
You look good today, like really good
We got together again with our friends at Peak Performance to produce some cracking Team Clothing for a very exciting event. At the end of September the three winning individuals from our 2007 MercedesTrophy National Final formed a team to represent the UK at the fabulous MercedesTrophy World Final.
This tournament held in Stuttgart, home of Mercedes-Benz, is the culmination of one of the World’s largest amateur golf competitions encompassing some 57,000 golfers across the Globe. The event in Germany welcomed competitors from 30 different nations, all vying for the ultimate prize of being crowned winners of the Nations Trophy.
Working with Peak Performance we put together a selection of Pique shirts and Hybrid Jackets that ensured Team UK looked great, felt great and took enormous pride in wearing the Union Jack on their sleeves. We even went with Red, White and Blue shirts for the three competition days to enhance the theme.
Competing in the MercedesTrophy World Final is a once in a lifetime experience, and with this Peak Performance gear, Team UK produced a fantastic performance on the World Stage finishing a commendable fifth place. Congratulations to Team China on their victory and all the other Nations who made it a truly special event.
